Grass Finished, Dry-Aged Devon Filets


One-and-a-half inches thick, these are the Queen of tender, delicious steaks. Typically, filet is not an especially flavorful steak, but the grass fed Devon flavor bumps it up to spectacular, and can tolerate being cooked to med-well or even well done without being ruined.

I have a limited amount of these always, so first come first serve, till next time.
